They just DOUBLED my monthly rate!! When I signed up I got a good deal 4 months ago, I am paying month to month, and I understand they reserve the right to adjust the monthly rate. I am just shocked that any company would abuse that right to this extent with a 100% increase to my monthly rate. I was very happy with Extra Space Storage until today! I will be looking for a different company to rent storage space room.
