I was very pleased with the ease of the renting process, the unit was clean as well the facility! I did however get a unit that was located next to a ramp that had a guard rail blocking part of the door opening. I received a call from the facility checking on how things were going and was very friendly. I would highly recommend using them! Thank you Jack
