Paula helped set up my storage unit. I highly recommend working with Paula. She answered all my questions quickly and is lovely to work with. The pricing was very good and she suggested many things that helped me get the best experience. I called several other companies, but Paula was by far the best to work with. The facility is spotlessly clean and well lighted. 5 stars for Paula!!!

This was the easiest time I’ve ever had renting anything! The lady on the phone was so informative and locked in the REALLY low rate we found online. The assistant store manager, Paula, was so kind and explained everything we needed to know about the rental. She was honest and made renting quick and painless! The rental facility was very clean too!

This is one of the best storage units I’ve stored my things at! It is a very clean and super well-lit which is helpful. Sometimes storage units can be dusty and have an odor but thankfully they have no odor and they always make sure to keep it clean! There’s lots of carts for multiple people to use when coming to store stuff or take stuff out of your unit. The staff here is amazing, super friendly and very helpful! Paula was the one who helped me get in and helped me move out of my storage and she was always great and super nice! Thank you Paula and the rest of Extra Space Storage !
