10/10 highly recommended the Mountlake Terrace location. Conveniently located right off the free way. It’s a very nice, brand new yet affordable facility and the staff we’ve interacted with have been above and beyond friendly and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but the lovely lady that was working Thursday May 30th during the day (around 12:30p) was an absolute pleasure to do business will. We had an issue with our lock sticking and she was able to help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. She also noted that our locked had changed from the night before and was going to call to ask about it which made me feel like our stuff is safe and secure there. After having a rough morning that day she really helped make the rest of the day better. Thank you!!

Extra Space Storage's customer service is easy to work with and are very accommodating and the facilities are excellent. Though I do hope the rent will remain where it's at for a least 6 months to a year as the cost of living seems almost out of control.

Extra space in Mountlake terrace is great! Everyone who has helped me from moving in to any questions or concerns has been above and beyond in friendly and helpful. I would 10/10 store my things here and recommend them. It’s nice and new everything works great too and good location. Prices were affordable too I like how they had the option to pay for months in advance for a good deal it’s nice not having to remember another bill every month.
