Call the 888 number to reserve a unit online which was easy, cheaper to do online. The customer service representative was very pleasant n knowledgeable n helped me thru the process. My apology for I can't remember the female CSR I talked with. When I arrived at ESS on Canyon Rd. Puyallup,WA the associate May was very pleasant n was eager to help with the paperwork n helping with the app on my phone. Explained on the map where my unit was. When I arrived at my unit n opened just didn't seem to look like a 5x5 seemed smaller than 5'x5'. When finished went back into office give the lock back for I had my own locks, mentioned that it didn't seem to be a 5x5. May assured me that it was a 5x5 n want to know if I wanted a bigger unit. I replied not at this time. Probably will in the future. The area is very clean, neat n was a very easy process. I recommend going online to reserve a unit or call the 888 number. They are very willing to help. Thank you all for your kind words n help.
