First time using this storage facility, and the employees were helpful and friendly to speak with. One of them, Rose, offered great customer service in terms of explaining how the storage pricing and whatnot work.

So far this company has been pleasant to work with. This company recently took over ownership of our storage unit building. The transition was not perfect, but for the most part painless. It was also nice as a long-standing renter at this facility that we were given a reduction in our monthly cost. This did ease some of our discomfort at the abrupt transition of management. So far the facility remains clean safe and well-maintained. Time will tell if there's new management company upholds the same high standards that our previous one did.
