Moving is stressful, exhausting, and never seems to go according to plan, but Alex genuinely made the entire experience so much easier for my partner and me. Alex is hands down one of the best people I’ve ever worked with when it comes to customer service and rental experiences. From the start, they were incredibly kind, flexible, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to help us during a really chaotic move week. After a long and exhausting day, even just talking with Alex made things feel less overwhelming. They’re not only amazing at their job, but truly a great human being who actually cares about the people they interact with. That kind of service is rare these days. I’ll absolutely be recommending this Extra Space Storage location to friends and family moving forward. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days, and Alex truly set the standard.
