The Extra Space Storage facility was super clean, and I totally felt safe having my household items stored while I was out of town looking for a new home. It was very conveniently located to my old home and the rental truck facility. I would recommend this location.

UPDATE: I originally posted this review almost 3 years ago when I first rented my storage unit. During that time Heidi took over managing the facility. She has been nothing but fantastic with any questions or concerns I had. Yesterday, I finally emptied out my storage unit and said goodbye to Heidi. I cannot recommend Extra Space storage on Division in Spokane highly enough. Still 5 stars!! Original post: I was looking for a storage facility in North Spokane that was climate controlled. This is the place!! From my online booking experience (best prices in town btw!), to my first phone call from Chris (which happened within two minutes of my reserving a unit!), to arriving at the facility and completing my lease everything was great! Chris was so friendly and kind and helpful. His instructions on how to locate my unit were perfect (it is a maze once you get inside)! The facility is so clean. The only complaint I would have is that the ramp up to the entrance is really narrow and the turns are difficult to navigate with the “L” carts so I would recommend having someone with you to help unload at the loading gates and then put your items into the cart if possible. This is not enough of a deterrent to give anything but a 5 star rating!! I am beyond happy I found this hidden gem after looking at a number of other storage facilities.
