I had a horrible experience at this location. The Richards location has no computers up and running so you’ll have to go around the corner to the Capitol location. After finally handling everything there, we get back to the Richards st location and our gate code didn’t work at all. We then called the Capitol location who sent a manager over, he was very annoyed with us, and dismissive. I asked him if he could ensure our code worked for our next visit and he literally walked away. Our entire time there we had to be let in by other customers. It was so stressful!

They were so nice, and very patient with me. I could not back my vehicle in the original space, so they went out of their way to change it to an easier spot.
