Our facility has self-storage units ranging in size from 3’x 4’ to 10’x 40’ and 20’x 20,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. I've been with Extra Space Storage for 5 and a half years. I needed to store some of my belongings when I moved to Massachusetts. I have never had a problem with their customer service. As a matter of fact, they've often bent over backwards for me when I couldn't pay my bill directly on time. My only complaint is that, when I got the unit, I was paying about $30 a month for it, and with constant rate increases, I'm now paying twice that. Otherwise, this is a great, reputable company to store your belongings with.
