When dealing with moving you come into a lot of opsticals and jams. Fortunately I had the best experience in customer service as well as information I was informed about. Well, I've only been alone for a few months and I've gone a few times to carry some things and since I don't have a car, 1.-I arrived tired and sat inside "my storage" because that's why I'm paying for it. When suddenly the manager arrives and gives me my "first warning" that there is no place to go and relax. 2.- my husband went to leave me in his car at the storage and left, I had to wait for my uncle to deliver a very heavy machine to him, and walking to the gate to open it, she told me that I can't, That I can't be walking around the property and I can't be giving the gate code to anyone, I mean not even my husband so he can't enter for me or leave??? I don't want to say more about my bad experiences with this woman I'm even thinking about going because I don't know what else I'll get. I don't want to be rude and disrespect her like she has done repeatedly to me.

Extra space storage my friend Kat got a storage space and the customer service lady was so nice and told her price and size of the space reasonable price monthly she took her time with process and explain the lease I would recommend this extra space storage

The check-in process at this facility was quick and seamless; I was in and out within 15 -20 minutes. They are also very attentive at this location. There was one instance where I had improperly locked my unit (essentially leaving it open to an easy break-in), and Elijah (who I assume is the facility manager) actually called my phone and informed me of this the very following day. It was greatly appreciated! And the units are well maintained and rodent/insect-free as well from what I can tell thus far.
