We are conveniently located on De Berry Street by the cross street Barton Road, close to Michigan Street. Our facility has 474 self-storage units ranging in size from 4’x 8’ to 12’x 34’ and our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. As part of the community, many of our customers spend time at the Cal Skate Grand Terrace, Fiesta Village, Pico Park, the Rollins Community Park and the Grand Terrace Movie Night at Blue Mountain Park. I rented a 8 by 20 here today with the store manager and my experience was great! I had no idea what size storage I needed when I came and the manager showed me 3 different sizes. She even explained how to pack my furniture in the unit. I came confused and left with a clear head....thanks for the service.

I have been storing here at this Grand Terrace location for 2 years which I did not think it would be this long. Originally I thought I would need storage for about 6months until I moved into my new house but then I realized I did not want to take everything out. The staff was very helpful by offering me a smaller unit with a great price close to where I was so I did not have to move far. The employees are always smiling everytime I stop by and they always make me feel valued. Thank You!
