Juan is probably the best storage owner you could ever meet. After wondering around multiple storage sites within this area, we came to this one very last one. And within 15 minutes, we check the unit and we came to a decision that this is the one. Juan is very nice and loved talking with him.

I had a fantastic experience with the Extra Space Storage team on Laguna Canyon Road. It started with a quick, easy, and intuitive call to their center, where the representative was incredibly professional. Within 20 minutes of hanging up, Shannon from this local facility called to personally introduce herself as my point of contact and ensure all my questions were answered. When I arrived on-site, I realized the unit I’d picked was a bit smaller than I needed. Shannon was wonderful—she took the time to show me different sizes and helped me think through the best fit for my needs. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Juan, who was professional, easy-going, and clearly focused on customer satisfaction. Both Shannon and Juan made the entire process a pleasure. Highly recommended!
