Our facility has 982 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, a free moving truck, passenger elevators, covered drive aisles, covered parking and moving carts for interior units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. We were looking for the opposite of another storage company with orange and white colors, and found it in Extra Storage. The security was on the top of the list of priorities for us. Then came lighting, and climate control. Storage space configuration, inside facilities were all pluses. Add to that a very pleasant staff and we are happy.

I LOVE renting here. Its so big and bright. BEAUTIFUL facility, (nicest kept one I have seen) Always super clean and I feel safe that my valuable things are there! I think it was awesome, they provided me with a moving truck and the manager was very cheerful and ready to help us in anyway. I would never rent anywhere else!

Excellent customer service in this facility. Visited several places, but wow, so pleased with these guys. It was late and I needed a space right away, talked with the manager and she had me come down. I wanted to be on the bottom floor, for convenience, but she convinced me to go up to the second floor due to prices. I needed a 10x30 and she gave me two 10x15 which made it easier to separate my things. I love it, I drive my car right into the building and park next to the elevator. So easy, and seems so much more private than being on the mail floor. They even have a truck which she gave me for FREE to use for my move. I can't say enough good things about this place. If you need storage, gotta come here. Love it.

I prefer this storage because my storage is indoors, which helps during the raining seasons and during the summer heat. The facility has passcoding for the restrooms which are kept clean. I like the lighting and the security system in tact, I feel secure when I have to go in and out for my loads.

The facility is simply the best I have ever used for storing my property. The warehouse setting is wonderful, clean and well illuminated with motion sensitive lighting that turns on automatically when you enter. The staff is also first rate giving fantastic customer service and are most accomodating to special needs. I couldn't be happier with the service and the product.

We just lost our home and were having such a hard time of it all. We had just a few days to get our things out of the house before we would loose even that. A friend told us to check out the storage place they had used in the past and oh my god! What a relief to find them. The office crew is amazing, the manager made everything easier, even gave us a truck to move everything in. The space we got is a 10x30 and huge. Everything is so clean and with all the cameras they have, I feel so much better about having to use storage which I have never done before. I even cried in the when I was telling my story, and the manager was to nice, and made me feel like she understood and cared. I will recommend this storage place to anyone who asks. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for making this terrible situation feel better.

I got a free month of storage from a flyer in the mail. This place is very clean, close to Downtown San Jose, and the units are Big and easily Accessible. It made my move much easier than it could have been. The only bad things I can say is that the manager forgot to unlock our unit on the first night so we weren't able to move in right away. Also, the onsite manager fought us a bit before giving our first month free according to the flyer we received in the mail. Overall, still a better choice than any other storage unit I could have used.

The Extra Space Storage Facility was very convenient and located near the temporary housing apartment we had. We had a huge 10x30 unit and it held all of our furniture etc while we found a house to buy.
