Doris was very helpful and friendly. She helped me out with what I needed. Extra Space Storage has always been helpful and friendly in the past 3 years that I've been there. Just wish they wouldn't raise rent so quickly.

The unit was extremely clean and met my expectations. The process for both signing and leaving the unit was smooth and the staff was friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend and come back when I need a storage!

This is a great place to store your items. Melvin is super helpful helping me select units and solving my problems.

I am writing this for the employee who was on duty on Wed afternoon. He was very helpful, patient, and worked his best to solve issues with every renter involved. I hope his manager knows what an asset he has. The problem: there was a breakin to at least 4 units around the same location. Metal doors and locks were banged off. The police was called and they took all the renters information. This has been the first break in since renting a space in the last year. But it was inevitable due to some serious security issues. Here are security issues that need to be addressed or I can’t possible see how they can keep charging enormous rents for these storage units. For one, a broken key pad on front gate with the gate open has been an issue for several months that renters have told me gets no attention. Secondly, and thirdly, there are No keypads for the entry doors into the hallways for the inside space rentals, and with these doors to get to the inside units opened a lot of times. Fourthly, Very exposed outside units that can be broken into quite easily as there are no visible cameras for deterrents. Fifthly, no security on exit gate. Anyone can leave without a code. Finally, the fence around these security units only needs a ladder to breach it. The staff person on duty tried to reach emergency repair services if only for the exposed units’ doors and had a hard time getting anyone. Finally, finally, the communication from staff about break-ins was a lady whose only voicemail that was left was in a no urgent tone to call the facility. For what they are charging and then continuing to raise rates with low security, the owner should be fined and I wouldn’t be surprised if lawsuits are not forthcoming for the time, thefts and return of the owners, especially those out of the area. Minimally, I hope the owners don’t charge a month’s or more rent for each unit breached.
