I absolutely love this place ! If you are lucky enough to rent a space here you will be amazed at the customer service you will receive, not only is the staff here incredibly accommodating but their manager is nothing less then a godsend . Johnny is amazing at his job with Adriana on his team they are both very professional and skilled at their jobs.i had a last minute move and they were both kind and helpful beyond words. You know you’re in good hands here and so are your valuables! Highly recommend Life Storage!

When I begin working here in the Bay Area five years ago, I got a storage with one of their competitors. I was unhappy with the service and location of the facility so I looked for something closer to my apartment. I stumbled across life storage via an Internet advertisement and promptly rented the storage the same day. I have been at the storage facility for 4 1/2 years now and they are the Best storage facility I have ever done business with. The facility is clean and secure, the staff is very helpful and Storage provides several amenities like a clean bathroom and complementary carts. I highly recommend this facility. They certainly have done right by me.

i have been a loyal customer with life storage here at this San Jose location (las plumas ave) for two years and i absolutely love it. customer service has always been 10/10- the grounds are always clean & they are often attentive to the cleanliness of the inside as well. i once forgot to securely lock my storage unit and the store manager promptly called me the same day to inform me- which clearly tells me that they regularly do rounds to ensure everyone's unit is securely locked- which i greatly appreciate. i also enjoy the multiple ways to pay my monthly bill (in person, after hours drop box, by phone, and online) if and when i have needed to call the store, it's always been quick service. i genuinely enjoy this storage unit company and those who work there. i highly recommend!
