The only problem I see is that you guys increase the monthly payment too fast for customers trying to get on their feet. And you guys make it hard to continue to stay with you. I've been at this location 3 times still trying to give you guys the benefit of the doubt and you guys continue to increase the monthly payment, not even? After 6 months I've been here. That's the only disappointing thing that I have to say from you guys.

Hey, everyone . just left Extra space.Comstock facility in the city of Whittier, California.My children and I recently lost their mom and it was time to do that ,you all know Clean the storage out. I have had a couple storages for several years. moving forward. The staff is and has been unbelievably awesome. The manager Jennifer and her assistant were just So kind and helpful in the last couple of months. Removing locks from missing keys Resetting codes and helping my daughter's gain access and taking the time out to help us. Especially with me being out-of-state which is a great help for anyone who has storage in one place and travels for work somewhere else. If anyone has storage needs in the city of Whittier, I would highly recommend this facility.

So far my experience with extra space storage has been very pleasant. I've called twice and both calls, one with Jennifer and another with Miguel have both been with excellent customer service. No hesitation in helping and answering all of my questions. They both took the time to address all my concerns.I really appreciate them not rushing me off phone you dont always get good customer service anymore. I usually dont leave reviews, however, they really do deserve a good review.

Super easy process, staff was super comfortable to talk to no pressure environment, showed me some spaces and gave the space to think about any decision… space for space cheaper than other storage companies
