Everyone I’ve come into contact with at extra storage has been nothing short of amazing. They helped me find the most cost effective location (close to me), were able to change my storage to a larger, more accessible one last minute (literally when I pulled in), were kind, helpful, called me when they realized I left it unlocked one day so I could make sure to take care of it, and made the exit process super seamless. They in no way tried to gouge me for any more money and ensured I didn’t have to pay any extra, fees or otherwise at the time of move out. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely be going to them in the future!!
