I've been with this location (Savannah Rd, Jensen Beach) for abt 4 yrs & have had no issues of any kind within that timeframe. When it came time to moving out of my unit, I called Allison and she handled it very efficiently. Made it easy & was clear on what to do & how to handle it. Plus she was a joy to speak with. We actually have 2 units w/ Extra Space storage that I needed to close out. When I called the other location for my husband (Grand Parkway, Stuart) the rep there, Skyler didn't fully provide what Allison was able to do in 1 phone call. I had a better experience with the Savannah Rd loc & Allison. It not only met my expectations, it exceeded them. 10/10. Couldn't of asked it to go any smoother. Thanks again Allison! Give this girl a raise. I ran a print shop for 10 years & I would hire someone like her in a heartbeat. The professionalism, resolution skills & personality/people skills is something to be recognized.
