Safe, Staffed, and a Cut Above the Rest. After leaving a storage facility with no cameras and some concerning activity, safety was my top priority when finding a new place. I had originally planned to rent at the Public Storage next door, but when I arrived, the front office was completely unstaffed — which didn't give me the peace of mind I was looking for. Extra Space Storage was a completely different experience. Having Sara on-site and knowing there's an office with regular hours made me feel genuinely secure. The customer service has been excellent, and the professionalism here is leaps and bounds above the competition. I'm glad I made the switch — highly recommend this location to anyone who values safety and great service.
