Extra Space Storage of Olathe, Kansas gives businesses and residents a wide variety of options for the storage of anything from a few boxes, to a room full of furniture, to an RV. We are conveniently located by the cross streets of 119th Street and Strange Line Road across form the Jeep Dealership and not far from Interstate 35 (I-35) or the Happy House Farm. Our facility has 749 self-storage units ranging in size from 4’x 5’ to 24’x 25’ or 12’x 40,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. We also have storage spaces for RVs, boats, cars, trailers and other vehicles. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, moving carts for interior units, passenger elevators and drive-up units. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. As part of the community, many of our customers enjoy recreating at Lake Owasa and the Shawnee Mission Park as well as attending popular festivals like the Renaissance Festival and Old Settlers Days. Because of our proximity to Mid American Nazarene College, the Johnson County Community College and the Arizona Community College, many students store with us either long-term or while in transition. We have successfully served the communities of College, Great Plains, Homestead, Lenexa, Oakpark, Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa and Kansas City since 2009.
