We are conveniently located off Ritchie Highway behind the Royal Farm close to Dover Road. We are the closest storage facility to the Baltimore Washington International Airport. Our facility has 955 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, we have motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, individually alarmed units, individual access codes, daily lock checks, keypad elevator access and a manager who lives onsite. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities’ and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that you sign digitally to save time. Beautiful new facility. Clean. Awesome underpass that allows you to load/unload and stay dry during inclement weather. Only complaint is a lack of carts. For such a huge facility, I would expect them to have more than 4 small sized carts.

I like this place, my stuff feels secure and environmentally safe. I like the ease of access and the availability of carts, when needed. I had a water leak last summer near my storage unit (this was from the AC, as it was near 100 degrees). An intercom was within eyesight and the staff immediately took to action. I recommend this storage unit to anyone that needs space.

It was a cold winter day,wind blowing etc. just nastie outside. when i went into the office of extra space. I had been to 3 other storage places,checking on prices,space for the value all that good stuff. when a very friendly lady at the desk greated me and offered me help, what is sad im terrible with names but i think her name is kristin. awesome sales lady. she walked me threw the facility answering my questions that i had and at the end of the tour she offered me prices along with insurance info. I gladly signed up to rent with your company. thank=you she offered the warmth that was needed on that day. i had the cold shoulder enough from other companies who just dont bother to have a personality. I will recommend your business. keep up the good work

I have visited many storage facilities before settling on this one. This one was (by far) the cleanest:
- Gated;
- Affordable rates;
- Extensive lighting, no blind spots;
- Huge decked (mezzanine-like) loading area;
- Smooth Accessibility: Easy turn radius for big trucks (i.e. 18-wheelers)
IMO, for maintenance, you have to give credit to the two young women managing this facility: J.V. & C.D.
