10 out of 10. The employee working the day I opened my unit assisted with every aspect. Rental truck, patience(got off work late; he waited after they closed), and hostess(showed the grounds; and assured the access code worked, leaving me to do nothing) I would recommend anyone who needs extra space to go to Extra Space Storage on Hawkins Point Rd.. Staff are great! Facilities are clean! Beware the extremely short timeout on the motion sensor Start Trek doors. The elevators only allow you to keep them open by pushing the button or tapping the door twice after that they must close no matter what. HORRIBLE doors!

I pass by the storage building every day, twice a day. Always clean and kept up. When I needed to store my items this is the first place that came to mind. The store manager was friendly and explained the process. I was impressed with the security cameras watching over the units. I will recommend to anyone who needs Extra Storage Space.

I spent a few days researching local storage companies before settling on checking out this site in person. The manager of the location spoke to me, and showed me the type of unit I was interested in. He was able to answer all of my questions, and was very polite and respectful throughout the entire visit. It's been really easy with the auto payments, I don't have to worry about it month to month. No complaints here.

I picked this location because it is convenient to my residence, and I have been so pleased! Access is very easy, and it is always clean. I also love the ability to reach the front office by intercom when I'm in the facility. i have been with this company for 2 1/2 years with no problems i thought til i moved this weekend. i opened my unit to find mouse droppings. get my unit emptied and it to take my couch and found a mouse. the couch got left. called the storage facility on monday at opening and told what happened and they have no clue. i told them to look at my unit. manger has not called and its been 24hours been with other companies and no probelms

The personnel on staff are great. They seem very attuned to the goings on around the facility. The electronic and camera security is lacking and needs to be updated and the gate seems to hang and get stuck. More importantly are the cost associated with the storage facility; they are too high and need to be adjusted to reflect the local economy and situational awareness of the facility.

I originally chose this storage facility because it was the cheapest in the area where I was purchasing a home. The first time I visited the Solley facility I was first taken back by how friendly and helpful the customer service people were. They explained everything to me about the hours for accessing my locker, the price, payment options, etc. Time and again, whenever I needed anything, the gentlemen who work there were ready to help me with any issue and they made sure that I was satisfied by the time I left. The next thing I noticed was how extremely clean the place was. I would recommend anyone who needed a storage unit to go to the ExtraSpace Storage on Solley rd. They are fantastic!

I've had units with this facility for over 2 years and can say that they are the answer to anyone with storage needs. It meets all the needs of someone with their belongings stored off property. Personnel is friendly and attentive and the facility is well kept and very secure. I would recommend to anyone thinking about using a storage facility.
