Had an issue yesterday with my lock. The key had gotten stuck between the 'lock' & the 'open' mechanism & I had tried to get it myself for about 30 minutes before asking an employee to help. I didn't want to break the key myself so I figured I would get a employee to help me out & I'm SOO glad that I did! When I went to ask him if he could help, he gave me no issue whatsoever. This man whose name is Marvin, had helped me for over an hour trying to get my key out of the lock. Finally he got it out & was able to cut the lock & gave me a new one! It was very hot outside & when I'm telling you he helped me, he didn't give up! Im SO grateful for this employee because without him I would have never been able to get into my unit!! He was great & I would most defiantly recommend this storage place as a safe place to put your belongings!
