It was super easy to get a quote and finalize the rental. Rashawna was so helpful and friendly, she was able to answer all of my questions and she absolutely went above and beyond in her customer service. I am incredibly satisfied with my experience with Extra Space Storage and highly recommend them. 6/17/25 Adding on to this previous post, I wanted to say that everyone one on staff that I spoke with are incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. I spoke with Justin on multiple occasions (my fault as I adjusted the insurance on a unit) and he patiently helped me through the process, answering all my questions, even when I caused a hold-up on the entire lease and even though I must have been a cause of great frustration in his day he never seemed to care and was always considerate and kind. If I could leave more than 5 states I would, and if I could leave multiple reviews I would leave one for each conversation these wonderful individuals helped me with during this moving process.
