Our facility has more than 900 self-storage units ranging in size from 3’x 5’ to 10’x 35’, some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has 21 motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance and a manager who lives onsite. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, a simplified system to save you time. As part of this active community, many of our customers enjoy fishing at the Neponset River and skiing at the nearby Blue Hills. Milton is a historical town where both George Bush Sr. and John Quincy Adams have homes. Our facility is an integral part of Milton’s history. Our site was originally built in 1849 as a part of Baker’s Chocolate and joined the Extra Space Storage family in 2002. Take I-93/3 North to Boston. Get off at exit 9- Adams Street/Milton. Go through two stop lights. After the second set of lights- bare left onto over-pass of Rt. 93. Directions from the East:
From Quincy take Adams Street into Milton. After the lights at the intersection of Adams Street and Eliot Street- take first right into Extra Space Storage.
