This company is engaging in unfair business practices. I rented a unit on April 30th, and just four months later, they raised my rent by 35%. This rate increase makes no sense and is completely unreasonable. When I spoke to the office, they didn't care about being fair. I rented a space at The Storage Solutions in Sterling for over two years and never had an issue like this. I definitely do not recommend this company and will not be returning.
