Extra Space Storage of Las Vegas, Nevada gives residents and businesses the best in accessibility with drive-up units for easy loading and unloading and climate controlled units to protect your goods from harsh Las Vegas heat. We are conveniently located on the north side of Sunset between Cloud and Pecos and close to Interstate 215 (I-215) and the Las Vegas McCarren International Airport. Our facility has 673 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 10’x 30,’ some of which are climate-controlled for sensitive items. Our knowledgeable storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance, electric gate access and a manager who lives onsite. We also want to make your move easier so we’ve implemented convenient features like drive aisles wide enough for semi-trucks, moving carts for interior units and passenger elevators. Our extended gate hours are longer than most other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. Our facility also offers a unique feature called DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally to save you time. We are close to Park 2000, Sunset Park, the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV), Nikki Lee’s Sports Grill and the Regal Colonnade Stadium 14. We have successfully served the communities of Henderson, McCarran, Paradise and Las Vegas since 2005. This is one of the best companies I have rented storage from not only are the employees always friendly and there to help me with my questions the site is clean. I feel safe and comfortable having my items there. Another plus is they accept my packages and put them in my unit right away I never have to track down my packages I know that when I go to my unit everything that I shipped will be there. The best feature of this facility is the assistance I recieve with delivering the numerous UPS packages to my storage locker. The only complaint I have is that the dumpster is always locked so I find it hard to dispose of my boxes onsite. I mentioned this to the office attendant one day and she happily agreed to take my boxes to the dumpster for me.

Was a rough start at first, had lots of access issues and was very frustrated. Using facility for business purposes and was granted 24 hour access. Staff went beyond the call of duty to rectify the situation and have since, not had any problems. Not too crazy about the price increase, nor about being informed of the possibility of an increase at the time of leasing. Will most likely move because of it.

They meet all my needs and are courteous friendly and helpful.

When I was looking for a storage unit, I needed one fast like in an hour or less, I was leaving for the airport. I was all hooked up with them over the phone and I had items delivered there within an hour. They saved me. It is clean and air conditioned. I love Mike, he is so helpful. I love that My packages can be received and placed in my unit. I like that they have carts parked at each opening, to be able to haul your items from your car to the unit. If you break down your boxes, they make it easy to put in their dumpster. It is a great for me since I fly in out of town once a month to work. I have used many company's over the past 18 years and these guys are the best. I wish I had one in North Salt Lake.
