Rhiannon Is amazing!!! I was having some issues when renting a unit with another employee at another store, but she made it 110% better afterwards at her store ! My access code also wasn’t working but she went above and beyond when her shift was over to get it all taken care of for me and sent me a text. Customer service like this doesn’t exists anymore. Side note: the only issue I have is the store not having another person there when she is on lunch. It isn’t fair for her or any other employee to have to come back to upset customers that are waiting when it isn’t her fault. Thank you again Rhiannon!

First time getting a storage and the girl at the front desk help me, she is very nice and helpful. She explained everything and showed me everything that I need to know! Their units are very clean, the whole storage building actually. Renting with Extra Space Storage was very convenient. They have an amazing staff. Perfect location at the best price. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Rhiannon. We booked a car storage at the south pecos location in Las Vegas for 3 months. The location is safe and secure, my car was in the same condition as I left it. If you are looking for a storage I highly recommend this location. The staff are friendly and helpful.
