I feel completely safe when I go to this facility, no matter what day or what time of day it is. I like the feature that when you arrive on the floor the lights automatically go on as you walk down the hall and stay on the entire time you are there. The people are extrememly polite, friendly and helpful. The facility is so bright and clean. Recently, many valuable items were stolen from my home. It was such a relief to know that my most precious items were safe and sound at my Extra Space storage facility. A+ everyone at the Bayville, NJ facility for going out of your way and being so great!!!

This particular extra space storage facility is outstanding. I have rented at other storage facilities in the past including a different extra space storage and this particular one exceeds them all by far. The office personnel are fantastic to deal with and the overall facility is clean and well lit. I would give this particular facility an A+++

After Hurricane Sandy Pushed 18 inches of Barnegat Bay through Our Home, We salvaged what we could from our house and looked online for the closest Storage Facility and found this one in Bayville. The people at the front desk made filling out the paperwork a breeze and took a lot of the anxiety out of the whole procedure. They even gave us the 1st month free! It's two months already, we havent started rebuilding yet, but we feel good knowing that our belongings are being stored safely in a Dry, Temperature Controlled Environment. The rates are very reasonable, and we are sure that when our home gets rebuilt, we may even keep our storage space to keep our seasonal things (ie:Christmas Decorations, etc.). All in all Extra Space Storage in Bayville is a pleasure to rent.

of all the storages i shopped for in the area, this storage is the cheapest. staff is friendly and knowledgeable. the only problem i have is with the temperature of the hallway. seems very hot. perhaps they should turn up the A/C ~

This facility is thee best storage ive ever used. The staff is super friendly. The fact that i have access to my unit when the office is closed is something I thought I would not find at a storage facility. I absolutly love this storage facilty, and there is nothing negative that I can honestly say about this place..it is simply the best!!

First off I would like to say I was extremely impressed with my experience. I had a major disaster at my home and needed storage for the things I was able to salvage. I had been to 2 other places in the area and ended up at Extra Space. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the manager and his associate. He listened to my craziness and assured me that I had come to the right place, and he was right. He took me on a tour with a cart, which was kinda neat, and showed me a couple sizes. The other places I went wanted me to use a larger unit then what he suggested. His suggestion was a smaller unit and he told me to stack. I believe he even said it was like a big tetris game. He did not want me to take a bigger space than I needed. He actually wanted me to save money!!! Wow...A place that didn't want to give me more room than needed and try to get more money. SOLD!!! He was very genuine and sincere too. The place was incredibly clean and well maintained. I no longer need the space, but if I ever need storage again I will definitely be coming back! Kudos to Extra Space for having great employees!!!

We have been at the this facility for more than a year and have had no problems. Any questions we have were always answered with a smile and professionally.The facility is always clean and maintained well. We would always see someone out on the property checking on things or keeping an eye on who would be entering the facility. We will recommend this facility and the staff to anyone we know and feel very good about doing so.

Employees have always been helpful. The facility has always been clean and appears secure. The location is a little inconvenient for us but I prefer the climate controlled aspect of the facility.
