I have six of their largest units after moving from a large home to a smaller beach house. Exploration Space Storage was able to.accomoda us when we needed storage on short notice. The people at our locations are friendly and always helpful and the whole experience has been flgood.

Steve helped me with my second storage unit at this location. The process was quick and efficient - I was able to do everything over the phone on my way to the unit and by the time I got there I was able to bring my stuff directly to my assigned unit. Steve was very professional, informative, and courteous. Pleasure working with him and Mike. Once again, I would highly recommend coming to this location for your storage needs!

My experience started with a phone call to extra storage on bachelor st. In toms river. Mike who later I discovered was the store manager answered the phone and with exceptional phone etiquette clearly and concisely answered all our questions.. we then went to the storage facility to check out the unit sizes, accessibility and cleanliness to decide which would fill our storage needs. Mike took the time to walk us around to show us sizes and go over pricing.... He was very clear, concise, empathetic and patient.. he was extremely engaging so much so we actually rented two units! In short Mike offered lendgendary customer service. If your looking storage space in the toms river, go see Mike and his team and I'm confident you'll be as happy as we were!! Thanks Mike!
