I don’t normally post reviews of people or business’s , but frankly your employee “Lee” from the rt 37 East in Tom’s river facility is an asset to your organization. From day 1 , I wasn’t sure what size unit I needed and he recommended the 10x 20. He kindly said if I needed a bigger unit , he would work with me since at the time there were no large ones available. It turned out that u would up needing two units for some time due to the amount of stuff I had. He called me promptly when the larger locker became available. His customer service skills are second to none. Very professional yet easy to speak with and so accommodating. Obviously that’s his job, but he was so sincere and considerate when trying to address my needs and concerns. When the time came to relinquish one of the units, he was very fair with my options I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Make no mistake about it, Lee is an asset to your company. It was a pleasure dealing with him

Office Staff was great, explaining all of the options available. They also did not hesitate to give me 24 hour access for as long as I needed it. Other places are hesitant to do that, and will only give you a few days of 24 hour access..
