Handled by Fred, very personable and great to work with. Ultimately there was an issue wth the unit I selected for my vehicle storage, it was a few inches short or the car a few inches too long, so I couldn't use the units that were available at this location. But Fred contacted their nearby location and got me squared away with Antonio there and every thing turned out just right. A little sad I wasn't able to have a spot at this location since it is really convenient for me, but the other one isn't far away and they both have great access.
