Kevin is just AN AMAZING HUMAN! From the minute I walked in he was helpful, kind, knowledgable and accommodating. He’s patient and there’s like nothing he won’t do to help you and make sure you get what you need! If every human has was like him, life would be a breeze! Update: I went to my unit in May and found things strewn everywhere. ALL of my personal documents, my computer, personal items and all of my jewelry were stolen. There was a rope in the center of my unit and the manager noticed the footprints going up the wall where someone climbed through from the huge gaps located at the top of my unit to the other. Insurance only covers some things. Don’t put anything valuable in here. They even got into my pictures and my personal clothing! They pulled the wall apart from the screw! They have cameras but I haven’t heard any updates. They offered to move my unit but what good will that do with the gaps between units? I had a fire and had to move out of state so I’m kind of stuck in it’s my things being there for now! I’m praying they’re safe-not that there’s much of anything valuable left there except my pics that they threw all over the floor as well!

So far, I've had a very positive experience at this location. I was able to save some money by paying several months upfront while locked into the introductory rate. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with all of my questions. There are always carts available by the door. The units are new and clean. The temperature inside is nice as well. All of the other occupants have been very nice as well if you're an extrovert like me!
