Our facility has close to 700 self-storage units ranging in size from 5’x 5’ to 14’x 50’ and both covered and uncovered storages spaces for RVs, trailers and boats. We also offer climate-controlled units for sensitive items; our storage specialists can help you determine the unit that fits your storage needs. Because we value our customers’ security, our facility has motion detection cameras providing 24-hour video surveillance and a manager who lives onsite. Convenient features like drive-up units and DocuSign, an electronic lease that allows you to sign your rental agreement digitally, save you time and make moving in and out easy. Our extended gate hours, from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., are longer than other storage facilities and allow you to access your belongings when you need them. We are close to several famous historical sites like the Santa Anna Capture Site and the Battleship Texas from WWII. I have been using the La Porte, TX facility for almost 2 years now and every single employee I have dealt with has been exceptional! The entire property is always emaculate! Today I needed an outdoor "RV" slot, unexpectedly and immediately. Kabe went above and beyond to help me get one. The size I needed had been on reserve for almost the 1 week maximum. He explained he had been trying to reach the gentleman with no luck, but he would try again and call me back with an update. He did exactly that and when he called the number he had written down for me (I obviously wasn't speaking clearly) and the voicemail didn't sound like me, he checked my account and tried the number listed there. Most would have just left a message at the number they had been given and be done, Not Kabe!! Thank you, you were a life saver today when everything seemed to be going wrong, you made something right!!
