She even went above and beyond at helping me switch to a different unit to have easier access. Property is very well maintained and highly secured. I did my entire rental agreement online, including payment option (EasyPay). However, when it was time to pick up my purchased door lock, I was eagerly welcomed by Rachel Espinosa. She is undoubtedly, a phenomenal owner/manager, professional but with a very pleasant demeanor. She is very customer oriented, personable and has an infectious smile when you walk in the door. As if that wasn’t enough, she also spends more time keeping her facility, functional, clean and presentable than she does in the office. A very hands on type of individual. Rented for almost a year and have nothing bad to say about my experience with this location. And when I needed an extension to pay my bill they always worked with me and very understanding ! Would for sure choose Extra Space Storage again in the future should I need it.

I relocated to San Antonio yesterday 4/2/24 and I did not know my apartment was equipped with a washer and dryer, so I needed somewhere to store my own washer and dryer. I visited both Extra Space Storages today and they were wonderful. Staff was very welcoming and polite with kind words while assisting me even with moving my stuff in. It was a great experience to find warm-hearted people while working because relocating was scary for me. God definitely led me in the right direction. Thank you again.
