The Clarendon-Arlington location of Extra Storage is a safe and excellently managed storage. No hassle. The Manager there (Nikki) is great and very client focused. very professional but also warm. She is always helpful and dedicated to solving your problems. It is truly a pleasure to deal with her and her team who are also very good. I highly recommend this place.

Moving is never fun and everyone's situation is a bit different. But Monique and the team are just great and make a stressful time easy and a little more pleasant. Monique is always accommodating, always respectful and very professional - and so is the service team we've dealt with so far. When we had some technical challenges with our units and had to switch or add a locker or deal with electrical issues etc. they communicated quickly, set good expectations and kept their promises. Most of all they are simply helpful and go the extra effort to make things work which is all I could ask for. I feel that Monique is reliable and cares about us (customers) and treats her job seriously. Because of her, we are happy customers. Extra Space is lucky to have her. Thanks and cheers!
