Great customer service—very knowledgeable, detailed, and professional throughout the process. However, there was a key detail that was overlooked: the unit is located on a corner, and the entry door clearance is less than 5 feet. I had contracted a 10x15 setup under the assumption that the entry access would accommodate at least a 10-foot clearance, which created an unexpected challenge. Overall, a positive experience, but clearer communication around access and dimensions would have made things seamless.
