The agent was very polite, well dressed and professional. She was very much aware of the dimensions and the specifics of the storage space that we were inquiring about she gave us a tour of the facility, which was very clean and as I was storing a recreational vehicle most of the parking slots were covered which I found impressive. My only negative would be that they didn’t offer a military discount But now as I am in the “GOLDEN”??years, I did receive the seniors discount ??
