????? I have to give a huge shout out to Omar at Extra Space Storage! When I first moved into my unit last month, Omar was extremely helpful with giving directions and even came over personally to help me get my lock properly placed on my unit. His customer service was already amazing from day one. Today, I visited my unit and accidentally dropped my car key into the drain system as soon as I got out of my car. I called Omar, and he immediately came over trying to help me figure out a solution. He went above and beyond brainstorming every possible way to retrieve my key. After exhausting all options, I called the dealership and was told a replacement key would cost me $1,000. I sat there trying to think of anything else we could do, and finally decided to go buy a magnet from Home Depot and tie it onto the rope Omar had already been using to try to help. I brought it back, and Omar was able to get my key out! Omar literally saved me $1,000 today. He was so patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help the entire time, even though this was absolutely not part of his job description. Employees like Omar are rare, and Extra Space Storage is lucky to have him. Thank you again, Omar!

The people in the office were always very friendly and helpful whenever I had a question about something. I found the entire site to be very secure and well taken care. Would highly recommend this storage facility.
