WARNING: DO NOT BOOK STORAGE HERE! I came here simply to find a storage unit, but this employee somehow dragged me into his personal conflict with a moving company I work for. I was there on behalf of my wife, who hired me, and had absolutely nothing to do with their dispute. He became extremely aggressive and threatened to pepper-spray me, just as he had apparently threatened someone else. Thankfully, his female coworker stepped in and stopped him. His behavior was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Whatever personal issues or insecurities he has, he has no right to take them out on customers. This is America. Threats, intimidation, and aggressive behavior have no place in customer service. If he cannot treat people with basic respect, he should not be working with the public. I strongly recommend staying away from this location!

As a moving company owner, I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of this employee. He has a personal conflict with my company and decided to take his anger out on one of my movers, who was simply there to arrange storage for his wife. The employee became aggressive and threatened to use pepper spray. Thankfully, a female coworker intervened. This level of hostility and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Personal grudges are no excuse for threatening innocent people. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this location!
