Had a very excellent experience at this location always Clean and friendly staff. Mayte made me feel welcome every time I came to borrow a cart. Mayte went above and beyond during my stay, always noticed she was always willing to help every customer no matter what. Sometimes I was not having a good day, she always would have a positive side to everything and made it a better day. I will definitely come back to this location if I have storage needs. Will recommend this location to anyone looking for storage

Gate has been broken and left wide open for months allowing any homeless people to wander in and out like a free for all.

Rae was super helpful. Despite a few hiccups, she handled everything with finesse. Edit: they increased to price by more than 50% after only a handful of months, and up to double the original promotional price within a year. Bait and switch. Not to mention they will gladly communicate thru automated text or email when receiving your payments, but only inform you of price increases thru snail mail.
