I’m editing my review. I normally don’t review let alone change a review but I have to say this. I came today Saturday 6/27/26 to drop off my items in storage. I drove 1 hour to get here. The onsite manager Mario said the elevators weren’t working. I asked to use the stairs. He said they are only for emergencies. I told him this was one. He then said is this an emergency in a condescending tone. I said yes. I need to drop things off as I’m moving. And I still have to drive an hour back. He laughed and said not happening. I tried to call customer service to resolve the issue. No answer. This is leaving such a bad taste since my initial first meeting they were awesome. I spoke to a few other people on site and they all have similar stories. If I didn’t prepay my storage I would be rethinking about using this facility. Old review: They are the best. Super amazing customer service and clean facilities. Andrew, Joseph and Leo are legit!
