I rented a 10’ x 20 storage unit from them to help store items during a move. Their onsite person in the office was friendly helpful. Later that evening I came back with a full truck and was surprised and disappointed to find that the light fixture on the ceiling of my unit was missing a light bulb, leaving the unit completely dark. This made it much more difficult to unload my boxes. Luckily about 3/4 of the way through unloading, I found a light bulb in one of my boxes, and my movers were able to finish more quickly and safely. Unfortunately this still cost me in extra moving charges from slower unloading.
