I haven’t had much experience with the unit or the overall rental process yet, so I can’t really comment on the long-term experience or pricing (see other reviews regarding price increases). However, I can speak to my experience getting set up with Anne. I called in the morning for help getting moved into a unit the same day, and she had everything set up before I arrived. She let me know what paperwork to expect, what time I needed to be there, and even helped me remove my old lock. Overall, Anne was efficient, organized, and easy to work with. Thanks, Anne!
