Scam. They raised the rent $231 over the course of 18 months. Renters beware. When I asked why they said “they can adjust prices at their discretion and it’s off of market value” I think that’s a load of crap. Their rent hasn’t increased like that so why on earth would mine? It’s because of their greed, I will never use extra space storage again
