Shay is amazing! Since my move-in she's been nothing but helpful! As well as the other team members (both male). I don't have their names but the gentleman today was extremely helpful! My only issues are with the unit themselves. The smell in Building F is unbearable and it's extremely strong. Not sure why ESS hasn't contracted a commercial cleaning company to handle the matter. Also, the row where my units are located has an automatic light that only appears to come on when there are multiple people on the row. As a woman, this is a major safety issue. Every single light in that building remains on except for that one row. This needs to be addressed immediately. Again, my move in was amazing but the experience with the building is of big concern for me.
