Life Storage Norcross is the location I went with ultimately bc of convenience of access to outside/drive up unit and price. But ALL of the locations have great dudes representing for their own locations. Norcross. Dean is phenomenal. From the moment we connected on the phone, he made sure my needs would be met with the quote I’d received, made sure he completely broke down the pricing now and in the future - transparency is key. On move In, he met me at the gate with a handshake, directed me and movers to the unit and drove out to meet me to make sure things were ok. When he realized the lock needed to be replaced on the unit I’d been assigned, he immediately found me another unit right next to it - convenient - and made sure I had a new lock and got to work updating the backend stuff so my gate access code would work right away. My experience did not end there, after my movers had left and I’d come back to my storage unit a few hours later that same day — he had brought a crew out to replace the bad lock on the unit. One more clear example that Dean takes ownership over this property and takes pride in the condition of the property and the service he provides. My experience with Chris from their National Sales Office was just as incredible. I’m new to Atlanta, and have had some big city experiences in the short 10 days since I've arrived. He was incredible. I’d been hung up on previously, while shopping quotes with this same company. Chris (Oklahoma based) took his compassion and patience into our conversation, he quoted me based on my actual needs after listening to me, and offered me quotes for different locations around the area. He helped me understand the ins and outs of Atlanta traffic, and where I was sacrificing on travel time to the unit, I was making up for convenience of an outside drive up load/unload situation and a great monthly rate. He also made 2 reservations for me at different locations locking in the best rate for each scenario so that I could have the best options and the opportunity to come back to this decision later after some thought without the pressure of a right now decision. It was awesome and exactly what I needed. My experience was only made better by the two follow up calls I received. One from Charlie (Northwood, Sandy Springs), BJ (hope road, sandy springs) and Dean (Langford rd, Norcross GA). These guys have excellent customer service. —————————— Horrible experience w 1st NSC: Tiffany (NSC) who hung up on me and would only quote 5x15 @ $32/mo. She would not hear me when I asked her for larger unit quotes. She said she’s the professional and this is what she does all day long and if I want to come in to physically take a look (which negates the convenience of calling for quotes for different locations to get the best rate, at the size I need ??) … almost like she just wanted to give me the lowest rate and lock me into a contract that would not have been sufficient … ps my truck was a 15’ Uhaul with dimension of 15’x8’x7’ and it’s packed … how would a 5x15 work for me?? And then she hung up on me. — Other than Tiffany, who’s apparently been with the Life Storage for 15years and she doesn’t have the ability to listen to customers anymore ….
