I had storage unit with extra space for years! And this WAS the worst I ever had, but that all changed when Lakisha became the new manager. She is responsive, sweet and caring, like all the previous extra space experience I had. Yes they actually answers the phone now. And she takes cares of you! Now, let's hope the corporate would allow for longer than 6 month prepay like they claim on their website again. I really hate dealing with month payment on it. Also, please give this location more funding so the ac can get upgrade, during summer it get really hot even with temp control units.

Definitely recommend Extra Space Storage !This is an amazing storage unit experience. Costumer service with Lakiesha was great and very helpful with keeping your experience.the piece I’m paying is affordable, and it’s great with the easy access, they give you the tools need to get to your things in and out, the Elevator's are always maintained. This place over all is clean and it’s just a safe and comfortable place to be working on your things in your storages.
