When I first made this review, I gave 5 stars, and now that I have been there for 4 months, I can say that this place is awful. In your agreement they state they can at any time increase your rent on your unit. They tell you that your unit was the price it was because of an initial discount. Just rechecked the website, NOWHERE does it state ONCE that the rate is only for the first 4 months. It states that if you pay the first 4 months ahead, your rate becomes X for your unit. After 4 months you decided to try increasing my rent to 165 which is INSANE for my size as other places around only charge at MOST 104 for a unit my size. So I will be taking my business elsewhere. I talked to TWO people at your business and made sure to ask that if I pay the 4 months upfront my rate even after the 4 months would be 85 dollars and the two employees both said YES. So they are liars, don't trust this place. I scheduled my move out date.
