AMAZING! Very professional. Managers are on-site and keep regularly scheduled hours in the office. Facility is immaculate with lots of security. Extra Space provides access to their App which allows you to open the gate from your phone (within range) and manage your account as well. Tion (spelling?) and Nathan were extremely accommodating to me and my special moving needs - dropping a PODS container to unload into a storage unit. They checked the facility for the best place to place the POD. Tion even went as far as contacting a current parking space renter who had moved their vehicle from the space, to see if we could place the POD in that parking space. He then changed my originally selected unit to a similar unit that would be closer to the POD. This storage facility goes over-and-above to help make what is generally a stressful situation (moving) go as smoothly as possible. Thank you Tion and Nathan! :)
