Great experience ! Im is now my 2nd time leasing from this location, and I will be honest the location itself is nothing different from any other ExtraSpace. It’s exactly what you would expect from a self storage facility. Nothing more nothing less, That being said, it is pretty well Maintained .. except for the front gate its a bit wonky ?? Now for me, what has stood out this time around was my costumer experience ???? Farid Made my move-in experience easy, breezy! I also had a last-minute transfer From unit to unit & it was near to closing time ??. I personally would be annoyed by me, but not that Farid let it show on his end if he was ?? And someone who works in Customer Service 10 out of 10! Give me all my information that I needed and made the whole interaction as painless as possible, and I did not feel rushed one bit! All good vibes! I walked in already, dreading the possible interaction, and I left with a smile on my face glad I had accomplished my task! I don’t really remember my first time Leasing because it was so long ago, but it was well enough for me to come back & Now I continue to only have positive experiences at this location ??????
